CASESTUDY: WILTON MANORS MIXED USE COMPLEX

A design that I produced in response to an RFP by the City of Wilton Manors Florida and a meeting with the Vice Mayor Julie Carson. The RFP included a request for these components which I included in the design posted here. After designing the boutique hotel, I added the theatre, chapel and parking garage in the first version. The second version integrated these around a cascading water feature. At the request of the Vice Mayor, I eliminated the chapel from the second version.
