MICRO HOUSE

MICRO HOUSE: a compact sustainable house which can be conventionally built. One version on columns for flood prone tropical regions.

  • Cementitious exterior panels reflect solar heat, keeping the interior cool.
  •  Rooftop photoelectric panels generate power. In the raised house, the PE panel rotates to follow the sun’s path.
  • A deck atop the first level provides a shaded outdoor area to gather
  • A central stack which encloses the spiral stair wicks air up to the roof.

SOLAR HOUSE

SOLAR BEACH HOUSE: Roof top photoelectric panels together with light modulating glass reflect heat and generate energy.

  • Local aggregate is added to strengthen concrete supporting columns
  • Grooves in the roof capture rain which is stored in a cistern and used for irrigation.
  • Wall panels can be easily rearranged.
  • Roof is upheld with trusses made of recycled engineered wood.
